Richardson, now in retirement, practiced law in the area of planning for family wealth transfers. His expertise includes sophisticated knowledge of income, gift, estate and generation skipping tax planning, and the administration of estates and trusts. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in all editions for the past 20 years. He has authored a number of articles on wealth management and is co-author of a will and trust form book now in its fourth edition.

Myron (Corky) Fleck spent thirty years with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, after moving to Portland from Minneapolis in 1967. His last position held was regional managing tax partner. While at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, Myron served as National Director of services to cooperative organizations. He specialized in estate planning, mergers and acquisitions. After retirement, Myron spent two years assisting in the restructuring of a regional grocery cooperative.

Cameron worked for 46 years in the investment industry, retiring in 2005. He started in 1959 at Merrill Lynch and concluded his career as Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager of the U.S. Bank Trust Department. There he determined asset allocation for trusts and made investment decisions on fixed income, equity, and mutual fund securities. He supervised the Bank’s investment employees in Portland, Eugene, and Vancouver.

Hughes brings over 35 years of trust and banking experience to Allen Trust Company. Before joining Allen Trust Company, Hughes was a Vice President and Regional manager of the Trust Real Estate Division of US Bank of Oregon, where he developed extensive skills in asset management, including sales and leasing of commercial, unimproved, and residential real estate, insurance, loans, regulations and property operating systems. Prior to his tenure with US Bank of Oregon, he was the Vice President and Group Manager of Trust Operations for US Bank of Washington. Hughes attended the University of Washington.

President and founder of Allen Trust Company and Allen Capital Management, Allen is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and an attorney with more than a decade of experience in trust services and investment management. Prior to founding Allen Trust Company and Allen Capital Management, Allen served in two of the largest national bank trust departments in Oregon. Allen earned a B.S. in Finance & Political Science from the University of Oregon before earning his Juris Doctor at Texas Wesleyan University. Allen guides the overall direction of the firm, is active in trust administration, and helps shape the investment policy for the company.
