Kelsi Monroe grew up in Eagle Point, Oregon. From a young age, she knew she wanted to head north to attend the University of Oregon, and after graduating high school, she did just that. While attending UO, Kelsi was actively involved in several clubs and activities, many of which focused on sports, small businesses, and the Eugene community. Kelsi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a master’s degree in advertising.

As an Executive Assistant at Allen Trust Company, Kelsi leverages her strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills to support leadership and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Her professional experiences have reinforced the value of hard work and creating meaningful connections, all of which she brings to her role each day.

Outside of work, Kelsi enjoys golfing, cooking, reading, traveling, and exploring all that Oregon has to offer.
